- General inquiries: We typically respond to non-urgent email within 2–3 business days.
- Security disclosures: We acknowledge security disclosures within 48 hours and will work with you on responsible disclosure timelines.
Tips & Story Submissions
When submitting a tip or story lead, it helps us if you include:
- A brief summary of the incident or finding
- Supporting evidence or links to primary sources
- Whether the information is publicly available or under embargo
- Any attribution preferences (on record, background, or anonymous)
